Clientsin is a LinkedIn client acquisition platform operated by RankOne Marketing, Inc. (“Clientsin”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers the marketing site at clientsin.com and the application at app.clientsin.com (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Account information. When you create a Clientsin account we collect your name and email address. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Square. Your card details are entered directly into Square’s secure payment fields and never touch our servers. We receive confirmation of payment, the plan purchased, and the billing email you provide at checkout so we can activate your plan.
Newsletter and forms. If you join our newsletter or submit a form on this site, we collect the name and email address you provide. Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Mailchimp.
Booking information. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the name, email, and any notes you provide when booking.
Workspace data. When you use the Clientsin app, you may import or connect prospect and conversation data from LinkedIn. This data belongs to you. We process and store it only to provide the Service: scoring, drafting content and messages, and organizing your pipeline.
Usage data. We collect standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address, used to keep the Service secure and improve it.
We use the information above to provide and operate the Service, activate and manage your plan, respond to support requests, send the newsletter you asked for, and improve the product. AI features in the app generate drafts and suggestions from your workspace data. Nothing is sent from your accounts without your approval.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the platform: Clerk (authentication), Stripe and Square (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), DreamHost (website hosting), RB2B (website visitor identification), Mailchimp (newsletter), Calendly (scheduling), and AI providers that process content generation requests. Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function. We may also disclose information if required by law.
This site uses cookies for essential functions such as keeping your cart and session on the checkout page. The app uses cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Separately from cookies, we use a website visitor identification service, described in the next section.
We use a third-party service, RB2B, to identify some of the businesses and professionals who visit this website. RB2B matches technical signals from your visit against its own database. It may tell us your name, job title, employer, professional profile and business email address, along with the pages you viewed here.
We use this to understand which businesses are interested in what we do, and to decide who to contact about our services. We contact people in a professional capacity about business software. We do not use it to build profiles of individuals for advertising, and we do not sell it.
RB2B identifies visitors in the United States only. If you would rather not be identified, you can opt out directly with RB2B at rb2b.com/optout, or block the script with any standard tracker-blocking browser extension. You can also ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time, using the contact address below.
Account and workspace data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for a reasonable period in case you return, then deleted. Payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.
You can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing us at the address below. If you are in a region with specific data protection rights (such as the EU or California), we will honor requests in line with the law that applies to you.
We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections, hosted authentication, and payment processing that keeps card data with Square. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information at every layer.
The Service is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
